Can u tell me what the bumps o my lower stomach is? they are red and big i have had they for about 3 months and i have tried everything but they will not go anywhere. they turn purple when they been there for awhile they are right were my pants go.

Another possibility would be dermatitis, eczema, molluscum contagiosum, or a skin allergy. Hard to tell without a picture.
