Multiple causes: Lower abdominal pain in men might have causes such as appendicitis, bladder infection or inflammation, inguinal hernia, diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis, crohn’s disease, kidney stone or infection, cancer, seminal vesicle inflammation, aortic aneurysm, injury and intestinal obstruction of the GI trct just to mention a few.
