I need advice about an ongoing reaction to a red ink tattoo on my stomach. my body is rejecting the ink & i've been applying dovate ointment for the past 5 years. i've found a provider that can potential remove the red ink via nd:yag laser. thanks?

Unfortunately : The laser does not remove the ink, it merely bleaches the color to make the tattoo less visible. If you are sensitive to something in the ink, the laser may alter it into something that doesn't react with your body - or - more likely, you will still react to it. Perhaps an Allergist can desensitize you to the ink. It's worth a try.
