Might need dr: It can be diverticulitis, inflammation of little out pouches in your colon.  If it is than clear liquid diet might help, but if the pain severe or any fever, nausea, vomiting, blood in stool than you need to see doctor, it might be something else, more serious condition requiring other testing or antibiotics.

Seek PCP: Even as a physiatry spine specialist, if i had all these symptoms, i'd start with seeing my pcp (internal medicine or family doc).  Rule out serious abdominal or kidney problems first, then look into the low back.  Shingles?

Possible, but very rarely, a nerve pinched in the back can cause pain on the skin that wrapped around to the belly.

my wife is having a lower belly pain.the pain starts from the right side to left and ends at centre! resting relieves her.any remedy to solve this?

Lower abdominal pain: There are many things which can cause lower abdominal pain in a young woman, but whenever we hear of pain that starts in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen, we are always concerned for the possibility of appendicitis. If her symptoms started just recently and persist or worsen, she should be checked out in the emergency room, specially if her right lower abdomen is tender. Good luck.

is it normal for a woman that is 5 months pregnant to have lower belly pain for 2 days after having sex? while having sex i lay on my back and he is on his side.

No, : No, that is not normal and you need to be evaluated.  You should have a pelvic examination and should have a urine test to be sure you don't have an infection (urine infections feel different with different when you are pregnant).  Please be seen and be sure that your cervix and urine are normal.  If you have cramping, spotting, bleeding, or back pain then you must be seen as an emergency.

i have lower belly pain on right side that has been going on for a year after my 4th csection it feels like gas but no relief. it hurts to the touch.

Hello. : Hello. I don't know know the cause of your pain. However, appendicitis can sometimes present as pain near the naval and then can move about.  When the abdomen is jostled the pain can increase. If you have severe abdominal pain, you will need to be re-evaluated for the source.

: I would get an ultrasound to look at both the kidneys looking for hydronephrosis and the gall bladder for gall stones.

Endometriosis &amp; pcos: Endometriosis can occur without painful periods and often is found at Laparoscopy for other indications such as PCOS. If you get your PCOS evaluated and periods restored or not the next step by the Fertility MD may be Laparoscopy for you if you are actively attempting pregnancy to note other pathologies such as Endometriosis.
