Might need dr: It can be diverticulitis, inflammation of little out pouches in your colon. If it is than clear liquid diet might help, but if the pain severe or any fever, nausea, vomiting, blood in stool than you need to see doctor, it might be something else, more serious condition requiring other testing or antibiotics.
