Seek PCP: Even as a physiatry spine specialist, if i had all these symptoms, i'd start with seeing my pcp (internal medicine or family doc). Rule out serious abdominal or kidney problems first, then look into the low back. Shingles? Possible, but very rarely, a nerve pinched in the back can cause pain on the skin that wrapped around to the belly.
