Lower abdominal pain: There are many things which can cause lower abdominal pain in a young woman, but whenever we hear of pain that starts in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen, we are always concerned for the possibility of appendicitis. If her symptoms started just recently and persist or worsen, she should be checked out in the emergency room, specially if her right lower abdomen is tender. Good luck.

Been injured for about a month, primarily in the left bicep but also radiating throughout the entire arm at moments. Severity of pain goes up and down.
