Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniations? Age? Gender? Risk factors?

Sounds urgent: I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but if it's been less than a a week, you should go to an emergency room asap. Even at age 33, diverticulitis is a possibility, as is a tubo-ovarian abscess. If it has present for more than a week, you may be able to sort it out as an outpatient, but don't wait. If primary care not available, go to the ER. Hope this helps!

You should see your doctor for further testing if you have any of the following symptoms: severe or extre pain, vomiting that will not stop, vomiting blood, if you are losing weight or have no appetite, if you have dark-colored stool or blood in your stool or if you have pain or difficulty with swallowing

Enlarged spleen: left upper back side pain maybe an indication of enlarged spleen, maybe due to viral illness such as mono, or possibly related to muscle injury or spasm. You also taking blood thinners, so yo are prone to splenic hemorrhage, you may need an ultrasound or ct scan to evaluate spleen

Here's an idea: Today, it's customary to subtype cll by its genetic markers. It's actually about a dozen different diseases, some aggressive, some not. I'll bet that your hematologist has already done this, and your tumor mutation / translocation profile will be more helpful as a guide to treatment. Whether your spleen is big or not is much less of a factor than other parameters.

have active colitis,acute cryptitis& abscess in both colon&rectum. persistent diarrhea for 12 weeks& it wakes me up at night. abdominal pain left side& right side. doc said ibs bc i've only had it 3 months so it isn't chronic. i thought ibd. explain?

Could be worriesome: Are you having any nausea or vomiting?  Any areas of the abdomen bulging out again?  It could be that you just "tweaked" scar tissue from the sneezing and that no damage was done.  It is also possible that the adhesion between mesh and tissue came loose.  I would monitor yourself - if pain persists, if there is nausea / vomiting or fever, see your surgeon.

Stomach flu, food poisoning, other infections, etc., can also cause pain.

Vomiting is usually followed by onset of diarrhea, lasting 2-4 days.  Fever can be part of illness first 1-3 days.  Dr. can check symptoms greater than mild.
