Sounds urgent: I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but if it's been less than a a week, you should go to an emergency room asap. Even at age 33, diverticulitis is a possibility, as is a tubo-ovarian abscess. If it has present for more than a week, you may be able to sort it out as an outpatient, but don't wait. If primary care not available, go to the ER. Hope this helps!

Ultrasound: Abdominal pain can be caused by many different ailments. If this is linked to movement, then there are chances it could be a muscular strain. However there are other structures nearby where the pain could originate from such as the colon, ovaries, fallopian tubes, kidneys, ureters and ribs.If pain is ongoing you will need to see a Dr and get an ultrasound and blood tests done.
