Here's an idea: Today, it's customary to subtype cll by its genetic markers. It's actually about a dozen different diseases, some aggressive, some not. I'll bet that your hematologist has already done this, and your tumor mutation / translocation profile will be more helpful as a guide to treatment. Whether your spleen is big or not is much less of a factor than other parameters.
