Rare: Bladder cancer in your age group would be quite unusual but microscopic hematuria is abnormal and should be checked out by a urologist.

CT scan: If you had any lymph nodes involved by lymphoma that were greater than 1cm or so they would have been seen on a ct scan.  A mass would surely be seen.

would a tumor caused from lymphoma, e.g. node, etc, show up on plain xray and ct?low back pn, clear l spine xray and ct to look for kidney stones, etc.

Not XR: A x-ray would not be particularly helpful, unless it's a large tumor. Ct would be much better, and should be able to pick up enlarged lymph nodes. Watch out for contrast though. Kidney stone cts are done without IV contrast, but you will need contrast to look for tumor (at least much better at it). Talk to your doctor to make sure whether you are doing it with or without contrast.

Not likely: Bladder cancer would be very unlikely at your age. Urinary tract infection can cause micro bleeding in the urine. Your urologist can help  you or go to an internist. Avoid cystoscopy as long as possible(urologists usually rush into doing cystoscopy...So have an internist help you in that case).

Sounds like UTI : A urinary tract infection is certainly a good start. It seems reasonable. You can follow up on the urine culture which will come back in two to three days.

Kidney stone: A kidney stone can be very painful and would explain your low back pain and blood in urine.  A 2.4cm ovarian cyst is most likely benign but your ob/gyn may suggest having it removed surgically.  I doubt it causing your pain.  Speak with your doctor.

Mirna ,myths ; facts: Mirna is not known to cause infection. But if have underlying infection prior to insertion mirna will not treat it. Mirena (levonorgestrel) may attach to or go through the wall of the uterus and cause other problems. Mirna is also not known to cause red cells in urine or urinary tract infection. If you have persistent pelvic or abdominal pain, see your healthcare provider.  Hope this helps.

Malaise: You need to see your primary care physician.  Starting with basic labs to  and urinalysis.  You could be anemic, urinary infection or thyroid disease just to start.
