i had what i though was a stye on my eye but now it has a couple white spots under the lid and a hard lump, could it be a chalazia ?

Possible: Try treating it with warm compresses 3-4 times per day.  If it does not clear up in 2 weeks, make an appointment with an ophthalmologist.

i have small lumps/spots under right eye (in the baggy eyes part). i have also had a severe outbreak of coldsores in which i am unsure is related.

Many things: Allergies, eyelid infection (blepharitis or meibomianitis), thyroid disease, or laxity of the connective tissue around the eye that causes the fat pads around the eyeball to "push" forward called dermatochalasis.  Bumps could also be the start of a herpes simplex or zoster infection. You should see your doctor immediately.

Tear duct: You MUST see an Eye specialist!.
I have been seeing eye doctors since age 6 (now age 72)  and you will have no problem when the doctor prescribes your eye medicine and possibly eye glasses.

How Long?: Symtoms most likely a stye in that a " bump" isn't always palpated. They can become quite painful and cause a lot of local inflammation. A key is how long has it been going on?  Eye lid cancer usually is something that is apparent on the skin or lid margin but you should have it checked out by a physician.

Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose the white spots in your tonsils.  Many peoples have crevices in their tonsils which are called crypts.  Bacteria, food, dead cells and mucus can get trapped in those small spaces. Over time  debris can build up and calcify. What results can be a small, hard ball which is often white or tan called a tosillolith.   Tonsilloliths can form in the tonsils, the throat or the roof of the mouth.This is more apt to happen if a person has frequent infections of their tonsils or post nasal drip. They are usually small  and normally are harmless.  A large one could become bothersome. They often can cause bad breath. They can be hard to remove but sometimes dislodge with gentle irrigation.
  On the other hand, maybe you have an acute infection, like tonsillitis (especially if your tonsils are red and enlarged and your throat is sore).  If you are worried about this, you could always have your doctor or an ear/nose/ throat specialist take a long.  Stay well.

Dryness is possible: A common cause of redness and irritation with contacts is dryness.  Other issues are contact lens overwear and improper management.  Are you removing the lens each night?  Are you rinsing it well after cleaning before insertion?   Check with the initial fitter of the lens to see if some changes need be made.

Lump in lid: Most likely this is a "chalazion". A cyst-like formation resulting from a specialized oil producing gland that has become blocked. It often needs to be excised surgically, but in the early stages may respond and resolve with wam compresses and antibiotic/steroid drops or ointments. Some ophthalmologists may prefer to inject the "lump" with a steroid injection with generally good response.

Not glaucoma : Where are the spots?  This is not or associated with glaucoma.  If it is the eyelids it is a condition called xanthelasma.
