i have small lumps/spots under right eye (in the baggy eyes part). i have also had a severe outbreak of coldsores in which i am unsure is related.

Many things: Allergies, eyelid infection (blepharitis or meibomianitis), thyroid disease, or laxity of the connective tissue around the eye that causes the fat pads around the eyeball to "push" forward called dermatochalasis. Bumps could also be the start of a herpes simplex or zoster infection. You should see your doctor immediately.
