Not glaucoma : Where are the spots? This is not or associated with glaucoma. If it is the eyelids it is a condition called xanthelasma.

Pingueculae: If these spots are on the white part of the eye, they may be benign growths called pingueculae. If they are on the eyelid, they may be plugged oil glands.
