Very unlikely : Lipomas generally cause minimal pain and a lipoma located on the back wouldn't cause abdominal pain.

found a small moveable lump on lower right side of abdomen. its not deep and its perfect round, squishy and moveable. i have other lipomas and it feels like one. why do i keep getting lipomas? i just had an ultrasound of a groin lipoma last week?

: Sometimes lipomas are @ genetic influences and tend to run in families. See a dermatologist to confirm the dx and possibly remove some of these lesions surgically.

I don't think so: The cause of lipomas is not completely understood, but the tendency to develop them is inherited. A minor injury may trigger the growth. Being overweight does not cause lipomas.  Pregnancy does not cause lipomas.

i have had 4 epoisodes of severe lower left abdominal pain, resolved after 3-4 hours. i have a intramuscular lipoma on right side could it be the caus?

Unlikely: Lipomas can cause pain but I don't think that I would blame severe left lower abdominal pain on a lipoma on the right "side" (flank, I assume).  I would have the abdominal pain evaluated by your doctor or urgent care today.

No relation.....: Trauma doesn't cause lipomas. 
You need an MRI and consult a spine surgeon

Lipoma: A Lipoma is a benign growth of fat cells. I do not understand the worry behind your numerous questions about this today. It is a benign growth, usually in the skin. That means it is not in any way associated with the uterus. If your lipoma is causing you pain you can easily have it removed surgically. But I do not see why you are so worried about this. Perhaps you should discuss with your OB.

No: Not specifically, but why are you fixated on probing yourself for benign cosmetic things like lipomas? Lipomas are of no major consequence ; generally observed. Lipomas can be heredatry and can be multiple in some people ; do not turn into anything bad in the future.

Here are some ...: Please clearly indicate what is your concern - lipoma or pregnancy? It would be helpful to know the size, location, duration, etc. of the lipoma in abdomen, possible pregnancy-related Sx over time, and bring those to see gyn-doc for analysis, physicals, possible tests such as UA, pregnancy test, residual urine, etc. so to deduce reasonable diagnosis for proposing reasonable care. That is a bit strang: Hernias are common and by definition, it means that part of your abdominal viscera(contents like intestine) is slipping out, through the abdominal wall.
Fatty lipomas does not make much sense to me. If you have a hernia it will pop out when you try to cough. Lie down in bed and check it out.
I would advise you to seek a second opinion from a good surgeon before trusting the first one's diagnosis.
