Ask your Oncologist: Life expectancy & treatment options are best addressed by your oncologist when it comes to cancer. It's never a bad idea to get a 2nd opinion if possible. Some folks like to get a 3rd opinion but at some point, someone will tell you what you want to hear. That's when you need to be careful. Yes, i believe in miracles, but not at expense of someone else. In other words, don't pay for miracles.

3.5 years: 3.5 years is the median survival in studies that look at groups of people with angiosarcoma.  However, each person with angiosarcoma may do much better or much worse.  It depends on where the tumor started, the stage of the tumor at diagnosis, and the age and general health of the person.  Sadly, it is a very aggressive type of cancer.

Cyc+Pred: I can actually recommend lots of other better treatments; but if you got to choose; I will try fisrtable with medication only; chemotherapy can be ery harmfull in this situation; so no, go for meds only!! althouught to resect it its always the best choice, dont wait to get worst if you can already finish with it!!

Stage 4 kidney dz: Stage 4 chronic kidney disease ( kidney function of 15-30%) occurs for many reasons.  People with stable stage 4 disease can live fairly normal lives.  However, if the kidney disease is progressing rapidly, it can be associated with more complications (anemia, bone disease, end stage renal disease with dialysis).  It is important to follow closely with a nephrologist.

It is guess work: It is hard to give you reliable response without examining the patient and without knowing any history or results of her blood tests which can show the severity of liver disease. In general, most patients with stage 4 liver cancer have a short survival(2 to 6 months). You should ask this question to her treating doctor(s).
