3.5 years: 3.5 years is the median survival in studies that look at groups of people with angiosarcoma. However, each person with angiosarcoma may do much better or much worse. It depends on where the tumor started, the stage of the tumor at diagnosis, and the age and general health of the person. Sadly, it is a very aggressive type of cancer.
