Lid surgery first: Lid surgery can sometimes cause changes in your glasses prescription and a temporary dry eye.  Due tithes, lid surgery should be considered and be allowed to heal completely prior to lasik surgery.

Make sure you have good quality tears, so that you do not end up with dry eye syptoms for your age the tear quality is likely to be good.  Of course with any surgery the infection is a possibility.

Not a big deal...: Local anesthesia for eyelid surgery is almoat always accompanied by some type of conscious sedation, i.e. Medication given to relax you and make you mildly drowsy. The lids are anesthetized with a very tiny needle; most patients tolerate this very well.

The : The short answer is yes you can have a second surgery but raising the crease even higher can be difficult because of the scarring from the first surgery.  And yes it could end up looking unnatural.  Think long and hard about your decision.

Many patients have almost invisible scars within a few months.
