Lid surgery first: Lid surgery can sometimes cause changes in your glasses prescription and a temporary dry eye. Due tithes, lid surgery should be considered and be allowed to heal completely prior to lasik surgery.

YES: Have the surgery on the eye first. After you are fully recovered and get permission from your surgeon you can consider eyelid surgery. Many times after eyelid surgery you have symptoms of dry eye, this could be very dangerous if your lasik surgery was not completekly healed.

Eyelids first: I would recommend eyelid surgery first. Wait until you are fully healed and the dry eye resolves prior to having lasik. This way manipulation of you eyelids during eyelid surgery does not affect the healing of the corneal flap.

Yes: You should have the lasik first. Sometimes lasik will result in dry eyes, and your plastic surgeon will need to know if this is a problem for you before operating on your eyelids.
