The : The short answer is yes you can have a second surgery but raising the crease even higher can be difficult because of the scarring from the first surgery. And yes it could end up looking unnatural. Think long and hard about your decision. www.asoprs.org.

Yes, : Yes, but be careful what you ask for. Each surgical procedure carries risk. Excessive elevation or retraction of the eyelid could produce a dry eye syndrome or other complications. Weigh the risks, alternatives and benefits of additional surgery. Sometimes the enemy of a "good" result is going for a "better" result.
