No: The nerves to the arms arise from the cervical region.  The nerves to the legs arise from the lumbar region. I would go see a neurologist for ongoing problems

Possibly: It seems like your fusion goes from the lower Tspine into the Lspine so yes there is a possibility that if the fusion has failed and/or if disc herniation are present this could cause many of your pain symptoms in buttock, groin area.  The weakness seems to suggest a neurological process that could come from T or Lspine.  Incontinence, spasticity, balance problems are other things to look out for.

You all should be able to figure out what is going on.  There are a whole bunch of disks. Which was protruding?  Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar or what????

If you haven't already, i would consult a neurologist and be sure to document your signs and symptoms: when they start, duration, precise location, etc.
