Leg weakness: After a trauma, there can be many reasons that make people not move around well; true weakness can occur due to muscle trauma, but possibly also from a spinal cord trauma if there was indeed true neck injury. Speak about this with you local doctor and have a good neurological exam done. Combined with the imaging studies and the exam, proper diagnosis can be made. Good luck!
