Neuro Sx: Your symptoms sound more neuromuscular in origin and could represent a myriad of origins, including infectious, neurological, immune-mediated, toxic/environmental, or hypochondriacal. At your stated age, a primary brain tumor is unlikely. If you haven't already, i would consult a neurologist and be sure to document your signs and symptoms: when they start, duration, precise location, etc.

You do not have: A brain tumor. You need to have a thorough neurologic exam, eeg, andneuromuscular testing. The imaging is definitive; your symptoms suggest physiologuc etiology, of which a variet of potential sources.
