i have keloid on my shoulder and i had surgically removed it but it came back. how i can completely  remove it from my skin?suggest  smthng effective.

Keloid former!: Some people literally have the genes for keloid formation.  However one issue that is clear. An infected or dirty wound is much more likely to form a keloid. You can try to have it removed again, but this time take a braod antimicrobial like augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate). If to know avail, focal radiation after surgery can help.

No: You risk getting keloids at the site of tattoos. Tattoos are a form of self mutilation and even a person without risk of keloids should not get those.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk prodFor good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

question about my keloids i have 2 keloids on my shoulder from surgery and i just got my ear pierced in a weird spot and i am getting a keyloid there and it hurts way bad i have title 19 from iowa and i don't know if it will cover it should i try and get

Keloid scars: Are never 'easy' to get rid of and you need to see a local plastic surgeon and find out the risks and see if you're willing to accept uncertainty and the costs of the procedure that could fail completely.  If your scar is symptomatic, insurance generally will cover this.  And in theory,  only you know if applies to your scar.
