i still can't fully extend jaw after wisdom tooth extraction, why is that?

Muscles: Likely still some inflammation in the muscles from the surgery. You can massage them carefully, soak them with mouthful of warm water inside followed by hot compresses outside. Can also take alleve or Ibuprofen to help with inflammation. Call your surgeon and report this and ask for special recommendations. Good luck.

Something's wrong: Something's wrong but i cannot know what without examining you in person. You will have to return to the dentist who extracted your tooth to evaluate what the problem is. It may well be something unrelated to the extraction. Only a one on one clinical exam and x-rays can determine that.

Yes: Have your jaw looked at by a dentist or oral surgeon.  The jaw pain may be from the wisdom tooth extraction but it can also be a completely different issue.

Yes: Depending on the level of difficulty in removing the teeth, the swelling may take awhile to go down.  Be sure to follow the surgeons instructions.  If you have any concerns, you need to contact their office.

Depends upon time : Depends upon how long ago you had your tooth extracted.  It is normal to have stiffness, swelling and inability to open your mouth 24-48 hours after a wisdom tooth extraction...If it has been longer than two days please contact the dentist or oral surgeon who extracted your tooth.

Varies: Lymph nodes clean up parts of our bodies for a living.  When they do, they can become enlarged and sometimes may stay that way for a long time.  This will vary with the causes, whether they were completely eliminated, etc.

Possibly: The removal of impacted wisdom teeth can be very traumatic. Some are in such positions that it requires extended surgical time and more invasive technique. It can be a strain on the jaw, supporting structures, and tmj. However it will not misalign your jaw. If your jaw is misaligned and teeth are maloccluded, an orthodontist should be able to make some corrections. However, jaw surgery may be need.

Abscess: Will take several months to soften up. Apply warm moist compresses
