Yes: Depending on the level of difficulty in removing the teeth, the swelling may take awhile to go down. Be sure to follow the surgeons instructions. If you have any concerns, you need to contact their office.

Possibly: Each extraction is different, and depending on the difficulty, swelling can last a week. Since you are on antibiotics, you probably had an infection, which only complicates the situation.
