Oats &amp; Milk: are carbs (which turn to sugar) but protein is needed for the possibility of gaining muscle mass.  Consider a protein powder shake in the morning.  Also do some light body training or see a personal trainer.  Above all, like yourself and be neat, clean, and a decent person.  That's more attractive than anything else.  Peace and good health. Not that i know of: Am unaware of any information about problems with drinking lots of oat milk. It is not dairy-derived, does not have any cholesterol and has little fat. It is high in fiber and protein.  People with certain kinds of gluten sensitivities could have problems with it, I guess.  I always caution moderation in all things.

is it my routine can reduce my weight if i just only eat rice+fish+vegetble at noon and just drink low fat milk+oat at night?im so confusing...

Yes if small serving: Helpful weight loss diets have natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (little/no salad dressing). When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.

milk, hazelnut and oat class 1 and egg white, wheat class 2 on rast test. what does this mean? should i stay away? never had any reactions when eating it

Why have the test?: Clearly the test was performed by someone for some reason. The best way to interpret these results is in consultation with the doctor who ordered them. There is no reason to do such a test unless you have an allergic issue, either asthma, rhinitis, gastritis, anaphylaxis, or a skin reaction. Therefore, see the doc providing your care and discuss what you should or should not do with them.

Oats are a: carb and milk contains fat.  If the oats are raw they may be difficult to digest.  You need to make sure that your are eating enough protein to balance the carb and fat.

Oats w/milk: will give your more nutrition than oats w/water.  I notice that you mention loose skin.  If that is significant and from weight loss it usually takes surgery to correct it.  Consider doing yoga, using Vitamin E oil which is good for the skin, and stretching exercises in general.  Peace and good health.

Weight gain: Any source of calories can assist with weight gain (including oats with milk). Eat healthy foods high in calories. Eat 6 meals /day. Work on strength training to build large muscle groups. Work out w heavier weights w fewer repetitions. Sleep at least 8- 9 hrs/night. Hydrate well w water. Foods to help w weight gain: almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, hummus &amp; avocados

Depends: Its not as much the type of food you eat but rather how much. Keep your caloric intake under 2000 calories/day.

Oats : Oats are healthy although contain quite a bit of carbohydrate. I never recommend that diabetic patients or those trying to lose weight stop eating oats but only in small quantities 3/4 cup /day.

i was told microcidal wont work if not taken with any dairy products, ive  tried milk, chocolate milk and in oats my son still spits it out.

what other option can i give so he can finish the medicine and the tinea capatis works.

please help me?

Just a thought..: ask your Phamacist if he/she can put the medication in a "vehicle" pleasant to kids.
