Does oats most likely help gain weight or lose weight.i know it can do both but i want to know what it would mostly likely do. i want to gain weight but have fast metabolism...i eat it 2 times a day with milk but i hear that can help you lose weight?

Oats : Oats are healthy although contain quite a bit of carbohydrate. I never recommend that diabetic patients or those trying to lose weight stop eating oats but only in small quantities 3/4 cup /day.
