Ins must be < outs: That is quite an awesome regimen of work-out, keep it up. Just remember that muscle is heavier than fat, so 164lbs of chest-busting solid muscles may mean u don't need to lose wt. Anyhow, you are burning good amount of calories with your regimen, but must reduce intake if u want to drop a few--often just reducing the junk--sodas, juices, brownies, cafe lattes etc..Consult doc. Q: i have apetite for 3weeks now, and wen i force myself to eat i get a running tummy then i feel weak after that ?

Get checked: Three weeks is a long time to have these symptoms and I feel they warrant a visit to the physician for evaluation. Possibilities include gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome,viral infection, food poisoning or intolerance. I assume recent foreign travel and pregnancy are not issues. Until examined, eat a bland, nonfatty diet containing no harsh roughage. Take kaopectate to control diarrhea. See MD

Doubtful. : It's doubtful you'd have an episode of acute appendicitis or peritonitis without pain, fevers, chills and nausea. These are not subtle entities.

my dr 2 days ago run urine culture to check for bladder infection. no blood in urine. dr sent me to er to check for appenditicis. ct scan normal, bloodwork normal, but had urine in blood 2 days later. why does this happen? do i actually have uti?

Depends on who: You ask, but chronic appendicitis does not occur or is extremely rare and unlikely. Appendicitis is progressively worsening infection with increasing right lower abdominal pain over 24-48 hours with nausea and loss of appetite. See a surgeon or go to an er for evaluation if you are getting worse problems.

Healthy body image: Instead of having the goal of being 100 pounds, set a goal of eating a healthy diet and exercising.  It's very healthy to join a sports team at school. Eat a healthy diet and gradually increase your level of physical activity. Consider joining your track team. Running two miles a day is not excessive. Trying to lose weight too fast will lead to weight gain and injuries Make healthy long term goals

Medical attention : You need timely medical attention. The local hospital will be advisable as once malnutrition settles in it becomes a life threatening condition. A short hospital stay will allow for workup and replacements of lytes as needed.
