I eat healthy (clean), run 3-6miles 3x a wk. i also lift 3x a wk and mix in xfit and biking. i am 5'4" 164lbs and need something to help get 15lb off!?

Ins must be < outs: That is quite an awesome regimen of work-out, keep it up. Just remember that muscle is heavier than fat, so 164lbs of chest-busting solid muscles may mean u don't need to lose wt. Anyhow, you are burning good amount of calories with your regimen, but must reduce intake if u want to drop a few--often just reducing the junk--sodas, juices, brownies, cafe lattes etc..Consult doc.
