No proven benefit: Here in the States, we're allowed to sell dietary supplements w/o 1st proving either safety or benefit, which is different from medications (both prescription &amp; over-the-counter) where we have to prove both before marketing. With that in mind, there's no proof of safety in consuming collagen peptide nor of benefit for osteoarthritis. It doesn't mean it's not safe or doesn't work. Just no proof.

: Stationary cycling is a safe cardio exercise that can provide long term benefits when used in a regular plan of healthy living. It reduces strain on the joints and provides the user with more control on how hard or easy to pursue each workout. A half hour or so daily is a reasonable program.

Yes and ??: The complications associated with prolong PPI ingestion are mainly consequences of the reduction of stomach acid. This raised the possibility of GI infections like food poisoning.  Also, you will probably have poor absorbtion of some minerals like Calcium and Magnesium. You should discuss these issues with your doctor.

NSAIDs: NSAIDs  like diclofenac are valuable medications for patients with arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. The risk of ulcers and complications tends to be dose related. Therefore, the smallest effective dose of NSAIDs is taken to minimize the risk. Take NSAIDs with meals and talk to your doctor about receiving a special NSAIDs  called selective Cox-2 inhibitors.

Great idea: Recent study: "proton pump inhibitors decrease the risk of bleeding ulcers in high-risk NSAID or Aspirin users with very recent ulcer bleeding by approximately 75–85%., recent head-to-head randomized comparison of two preventive strategies (proton pump inhibitor plus non-selective NSAID vs. Cox-2-specific inhibitor)".

: In well trained hands this is safe. This is an age group where the procedure itself is relatively common. One factor to consider is the willingness/ability of the patient to pursue the rehabilitation after required for the best outcome. It requires hard work &amp; is sometimes painful.
