Is it safe a chronic use of ppi as prophylactic for nsaids induced ulcer for patients taking nsaids for rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis pain ?

Probably: Agree that it is useful to decrease GI bleeding and distress risk but it does in some studies seem to increase the risk of fractures it seems that this is due to less magnesium absorption so increasing magnesium supplementation might be a good idea this is what i personally do.
