Fibroids can grow so large that they obstruct the flow from your kidneys or blood returning from  your legs. Yes.: A fibroid is a non cancerous tumor of the uterus and is very common.  It only needs to be removed if you have problems like heavy periods that do not improve with medical therapy or if you have symptoms of pressure or pain.  A fibroid can always be removed regardless of the size.  The size will only determine what incision is used to remove the fibroid.  Hope this helps.

Fairly common: The fibroid you had removed will not come back, but you may have other small fibroids that were not removed at the time of surgery. The chance of needing another operation - either removal of fibroids (myomectomy) or hysterectomy - in the future is around 15 to 45%. Fibroids stop growing when your periods stop (menopause) around age 51 on average.

it shows up as fluid in the uterus and may be accompanied by pains,
a hysteroscopy and D&amp;C may be helpful

Hard to say: The ability to preserve reproductive ability after fibroid surgery depends on size and location. Your question lists yours as 9M, which most would interpret as about 27 feet in size, which I doubt; if it is 9MM, which is relatively tiny.I would think removal could be done, but would be un-necessary and this likely has no effect on your fertility.Talk it over with your docs.
