Recurring fluid in uterus. had open myomectomy to remove large fibroid 2 years ago could this be the cause?

Maybe: if during the myomectomy they entered the uterine cavity, then you may have developed scar tissue that blocks menstrual flow from completely leaving the uterus. it shows up as fluid in the uterus and may be accompanied by pains, a hysteroscopy and D&C may be helpful
