Sensitive testicles: There is no medical condition or concern with symptoms only when you touch something on your body and at no other time. Usually when someone tells a doctor something hurts when I do "this" the doctor advises the patient to stop doing "that".  Sounds like the next time you see your doctor you should mention this.

Online Prophesy?: In theory....it should heal up just fine. Your surgeon likely gave you post-op instructions and they should be followed! 
Wounds generally need to remain clean and dry to heal well. I suggest if you have concerns you COMMUNICATE with your surgeon and help them have you understand what you need to do improve your chances of a good outcome from your procedure.

I assume you mean you cut the skin over the testicle. It should be fine. Keep it clean and as dry as possible until it heals. You can also use a mild antiseptic such as boric acid or other over-the-counter topical antibiotics such as Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment.
