See Dr : Bleeding is not normal from the testicle, if non stop, you need to see a dr. Asap. Best wishes.
A 17-year-old male asked:
I have a small red bump on my testicle that doesn't stop bleeding. Is it a possibility to cauterize it. It's not much smaller than a lower case "o"?

Exposed blood vessel: if it is constantly bleeding it may be a surface blood vessel. Cauterizing it should help. Also you may want to avoid the Aspirin you are taking until you see your physician.
