Androgel: Hi, yes, the exogenous testosterone can suppress the FSH/LH?testosterone pathway by suppressing the LH/FSH (the hormones secreted by Pituitary gland and stimulate the testis to produce Testosterone), therefore the natural production of Testosterone decreases and also the Testis could shrink down nd also the production of sperms get disturbed.
