It is impossible to know this for sure and the best way to deflect worry is to see a doctor who may be able to reassure you on the spot or may require further testing up to and including biopsy to give you the ultimate peace of mind, a diagnosis.

Shape  has no predic: The shape of the lymph nodes has no value in prediction in terms of the nature of the pathology but the size is important.
Your nodes are not worry some at the moment. Nodes under 1.5CM are mostly benign unless they grow further in size.
So watch the size changes by checking with fingers of your hand once every 2-3 weekly(not daily).

Could be: It depends a great deal on the cause. Since they are quite small(may even be normal), i would watch and check if they are growing in size any further. If they are not growing over the next few weeks/months, they may not be  cause for any concern. But if they are enlarging then you need to go see your doctor for a medical examination soon.
