For over 2 yrs. i have had pain in the front of my neck as well as bi-lateral enlarged lymph nodes. two 1.5 cm thyroid nodules just found. thoughts?

Thyroid issues: Thyroid conditions such as thyroiditis and nodules can exist and cause symptoms for years. The thyroid nodules need to be biopsied and if the lymph nodes are enlarged enough, they may also need to be biopsied for a more specific diagnosis. Certainly, thyroid lab tests also need to be done if not done already. Good luck
