About 4 years ago i had mono but ever since i have had a two lymph nodes in my groin and its 1.4 cm long and .6 wide do you think i should see a doc?

Yes: Yes you should see doctor for lymph node enlargement , i don't think that it is related due to mono.

Are they changing?: You pose an excellent question. I share your concern. The most important question to ask right now is: "have these two lymph nodes changed in any way?" if the answer is that these nodes are stable, non-tender, not red, and are gently movable; then, these are probably lymph nodes that have little to worry about. However, since you raise this question, have your doctor feel these next office visit.
