for around 4 days, but my left chest, left foot, and left arm have been weak or tight or numb, and sometimes i get lightheaded, and i find myself burping 3-4 times when drinking anything like water. my average heart beat is 110 bpm and it beats hard.

Eval:  Not sure what is causing this but it warrants assessment if you have new-onset left sided weakness and numbness associated with lightheadedness. If you live with your family, let your parents know.

can drinking only water make you use the bathroom a lot?

Yes: What goes in must come out. If you drink enough water to stay hydrated, your urine should be clear or pale yellow. Dark yellow suggests dehydration. Of course, there are many other reasons for peeing a lot such as diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus & urinary tract infections. Diuretics such as caffeine & alcohol can also make you pee more than expected for volume consumed.

i have to run to the bathroom every 15 min .. i have been drinking a lot of water lately. im just nervous that it's a sign of water intoxication.

Stomach flu: The stomach flu is caused by a virus that attacks your gastrointestinal system. There is no cure for the stomach flu. The remedies are: good rest, plenty of fluids intake, plain food like crackers, cereal, toast and rice. Take NSAID over the counter and tincture of time. Good luck.

i want to add to my very healthy diet by drinking a lot of water. but i constantly need the bathroom. i cant spend half my work day peeing. help?!

Hydration: Staying hydrated is healthy but don't overdo it. If you find yourself drinking a lot of fluid, going to the bathroom excessively, and you are also eating a lot and losing weight, you should see your MD. Overhydrating can lead to excessive urine output but so can high blood sugar. Avoid over hydrating near bedtime and choose to hydrate during the morning/afternoon instead. Please see MD.

Urologist: You may have a structural or neurologic problem causing your difficulty urinating. An evaluation by a urologist is the best way to find out what the problem is.

Unlikely related: The symptoms or signs you describe are likely unrelated to anything that has to do with masturbation and could be associated with a chronic illness.  You should consult your physician, who, after obtaining a thorough history and physical exam, can then advise appropriate testing and treatment.

i drink a lot of water, and yet i use the bathroom maybe 4 times a day. i collected my urine for 24 hrs it was less then 7ml. whats causing this?

This is worrisome: The formation of a very small amount of urine over 24 hours in the setting of increased drinking of water is concerning.

Typical normal urine output is ~700ml at least.
Anuria is defined as less than 50ml urine output per day

this requires prompt medical evaluation which will include such testing as electrolytes, blood sugar level,  kidney function, urine testing, and may lead to other testing.

Lot of water: If you are drinking a large amount of water, your increased urination is due to your kidneys doing their job, which is eliminating excess water. Try cutting back on your fluid intake to see if they reduces the amount of urine you are making. If it does, you will need to drink less fluid in the future to cut down your frequent visits to the bathroom. Good luck!

i had d&c 6 days ago due to mis and since i had d&c  i am very frequently urinary i think every 10 minutes i go bathroom but i always drink lots water?

Need ua: This could be bacterial infection or inflammation from the d and c. See your doctor as soon as you can and continue drinking the water.  Sorry for your loss and hope you feel better soon.
