have pain in neck/shoulder over last 2 weeks.began after weeks of poor sleep pattern. now pain radiating through whole arm. cant sleep due to pain now?

I feel sorry x u: This  kind of pain can be really annoying, I sounds like you have  some cervical vertebral degenerative process going on, if radiates to either arm it may require orthopedic or neurosurgical intervention, but I would start with changing a pillow to ( my pillow) (:, taking some muscle relaxant, or tylenol (acetaminophen)

it takes me hrs to go to sleep,i take benadryl for allergies so now im taking two and im taking 10mg of melatonin.cant take sleeping pills cause of benadryl,i do drink coffee but just 1 a day,not at night,what am i doing wrong that i cant sleep?

i have been taking tamiflu for the last 4 days but now i have an incessant dry cough that just doesnt let up. not very productive but cant sleep well?

Doesn't seem serious: This does not appear to be serious.  In fact, this is likely an expected symptom of a resolving flu-like illness.  This apparently started very recently, and is your body's way of clearing mucus out of your chest.  It should resolve in a few days, but if it gives you too much discomfort, some simple cough medicine should help.  You could also see your Dr. if it is still an issue.  Good Luck.

Depression &amp; Sleep: Depression an interfere w/sleep which can trigger more depression. Please see your doctor.  If all is well medically see a clinical psychologist to learn ways to manage your depression.  There are many reasons to be hopeful but you need to take action, which in itself, can help lift your depression.  Peace and good health.

its been two weeks since i stopped.taking zolpidem and i still cant sleep on my own..what should i do?

Not more sedatives: Sleep disorder from stress is very common.  Sedatives help only temporarily, wear out, eventually worsen the illness.  The great majority of stress-induced sleep disorders are treatable by treating angst.  A very few people do have a constitutional disorder of sleep physiology.  If this is chronic, focus on when you DON'T have sleep problem.  This points to the issues.

okay so im 14 years old and i cant sleep, like it gets to 4am just to be at least capable to sleep i tried from 1 :00 am to 2 :30 am trying sleep and i couldn't too now its 3:10 am and i still cant fall a sleep , is there even like a medicine or sth?

Cannabis might help: Studies have demonstrate utility of medicinal cannabis for fibromyalgia.  Depression is regarded by many doctors to naturally follow upon chronic restless non-restorative sleep.  Medicinal cannabis patients report marked sleep benefit from minimal cannabis, which has never shown addictive potential. Persons beyond adolescent age &amp; self-image problems usually have no dependency issues.

Try sleep hygiene: Excercise , reduce chronic worries, eat nutritious dinner, avoid daytime naps, take warm showers before bedtime and only lay in bed when ready to sleep and consider evaluation for anxiety, depression and panic disorders

Sleep hygiene: Also practice good sleep hygiene.  Avoid the use of smartphones, other bright screens before bedtime.  Keep television out of the room. Limit caffeine intake.

i work 8 hours and was off at 2 its now 11 pm and i cant sleep because both of my legs feel like they are ice and they really hurt is this bad?
