Head: If the blow was not hard and no loss of consciousness very unlikely you did any injury - give it some time and if it does not improve then seek a consultation with a neurologist - my impression is this will likely improve on its own.

my son had these random single, not clustered, spots on his neck, back, next to his ears and on his head. some went away, some have made horrible deep red bigger crusty mark.
he now has very fine blood spots on his eye lids and under his eyes.

i have a sebaceous cyst thats started hurting and growing 4 days ago. can this wait or should i go to er? i want it taken out so bad. its actually hurting my spine and head. its on back of neck?

: The ER is for problems that threaten life or limb in the foreseeable future. It is where people go who may need to be admitted.  The regular office or an urgent care center would be the proper location for care. You would be seen in an ER by law, but triaged to the bottom of any pending cases while serious problems are seen first.  Expect a long wait &amp; likely a referral to an outside doc for Rx.

Concerned: Yes, you should be concerned and you must have your Primary doctor refer you  to an Eye specialist.

i hit my head 3 weeks ago pretty hard. no loss consciousness, no vomiting, or dizziness. i felt fine afterwards. but, i have had scalp pain as if on the roots of my hair. especially when i move my hair around. i have ocd and im worried do i go to er?

Go to ER: You need to be examined just to be sure that there is nothing serious. Aside from that, you do need some relief in your pain.

Eye injury: If he is acting normal I would simply observe him. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is fine for any discomfort and will not mask the signs of a major injury.Try to apply ice as best as he will allow. Most injuries like this are minor and  do not require intervention.  Certainly even a minor fall can cause significant injuries but usually close observation is all that is required. Watch for changes in behavior and activity

i got head butted by one of my friends. my nose made a crunching sound like if you squeezed a bag of chips. nose is slightly swollen, pain at bridge of nose .is my nose broke ? should i go to er ?

No to ER: Even if your nose is broken, there is nothing they do about it in ER anyway, so I wouldn't expose myself to possible Covid to go there. Ice it for 48-72 hours,  then if looks deformed, still a lot of pain, then get it evaluated. This may be a good time for a virtual visit - if at that time your primary physician feels it might be broken, they can then order an xray or facial bone CT to assess.

hit my head a week ago. still have symptoms of nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and a foggy feeling. should i go to er?

Yes: It depends, hardness of the head injury.  Get it checked out
