Head: If the blow was not hard and no loss of consciousness very unlikely you did any injury - give it some time and if it does not improve then seek a consultation with a neurologist - my impression is this will likely improve on its own.

Probably not serious: This does not sound dangerous. I would like more history. How long ago did this happen minutes, hours? If you had bleeding Into the lining of the brain serious symptoms would start to occur in 30 to 60 minutes.
