I hit my head 3 weeks ago pretty hard. no loss consciousness, no vomiting, or dizziness. i felt fine afterwards. but, i have had scalp pain as if on the roots of my hair. especially when i move my hair around. i have ocd and im worried do i go to er?

Most likely you caused mild bruising over the area of scalp contact at time of closed head injury. This will gradually clear over a few weeks. Your primary doctor would be an appropriate source to examine and reassure you.
