There is really nothing u can do for them that will be terribly effective unfortunately- they just have to run their course- usually a week - 10 days. Try rinsing the area with warm to hot salt water; if u can find an ointment called zilactin that wil.

This should grow back within a few days to a week.  Best advice is to keep the area as clean as possible and rinse often throughout the day with warm salt water rinses to reduce any swelling.

May not be bad: An experienced person has to take a look. Possibilities are many and may  be  minor. Thrush and leukoplakia come to my mind. They may need medical treatment. Meanwhile try intense hygiene with frequent toothbrushing and mouth wash after meals.
