Similar To A Canker : If the dots are quite sensitive they could be something like a canker sore or cold sore. Sometimes these happen during episodes of increased stress. There is really nothing u can do for them that will be terribly effective unfortunately- they just have to run their course- usually a week - 10 days. Try rinsing the area with warm to hot salt water; if u can find an ointment called zilactin that wil.

Hard to say: There could be many reasons for little white dots that you are experiencing, but i can't tellyuo what they are. You did not mention any pain or swelling or how long you have noticed them. Many things, like irritaion will heal naturally in about a week. If the area does not heal, is painful, has swelling, bad taste, or gets worse then see a dentist for an evaluatin.

No way to know: Without having a dentist actually see what you are referring to. We certainly can't see and therefore can't diagnose what you are referring to over the internet. Have it looked at, especially if it lasts more than 2 weeks.
