Please describe these 3 little white dots under my gums?

You did not mention any pain or swelling or how long you have noticed them. Many things, like irritaion will heal naturally in about a week. If the area does not heal, is painful, has swelling, bad taste, or gets worse then see a dentist for an evaluatin.
