See your dentist: The gum boil may not necessarily be painful, but always does require dental attention. There are 2 options to treat this condition tooth extraction or root canal therapy. See your dentist for evaluation, x-rays and treatment.

Bump: The best thing to do is to see a dentist and find out what is going on. Just because there is no pain doesn't mean you are fine. You could have an infection that needs to be treated. Since this ump has not healed it is time to get it checked. It takes a hands on exam to tell you what it is.calla dentist today.

Bump: Could indicate many things, some benign, some pathologic. Cannot examine or diagnose you in this forum. Any pain, bleeding, or is in your case, swelling, should be immediately examined. Please make an appointment with your Dentist for an examination.
