More info needed...: Do you still have that wisdom tooth? If not, how long ago was it extracted? This might be a fistula indicating a draining abscess. Even if you do not have pain, have your dentist evaluate the area.

Canker sores: Generally, small red bumps appear before blisters develop in the affected area. Most mouth ulcers, canker sores, will clear up by themselves within a week or two. You should see your GP or dentist if the ulcer gets worse or lasts for longer than 2 weeks.
