Wounds?: Could be infection, trauma, burn, or hundreds of other causes. Your description is much too vague to form the basis of a diagnosis. You have to be seen by a professional, not by a computer program. Please call a general Dentist, an Oral Surgeon, or (best) a gum specialist, a Periodontist, ASAP.
